Please Note: Due to the nature of real crystal, colour variations may be found on each gua sha with minor fine scratches which are normal and not considered and defects. As this is a natural stone, please handle with care and avoid dropping on hard surfaces
How to Use | Simple & Intentional
Start with clean skin and apply a facial oil or serum to allow smooth movement.
Hold the Gua sha at a slight angle and glide gently upward and outward across the face and neck.
Use light pressure, allowing the stone to guide the motion.
Take your time — consistency and care matter more than force.
Product Care
Clean after each use with warm water and a mild soap.
Dry thoroughly before storing.
Store in a safe, dry place. As a natural stone, it is delicate and may break if dropped.
Avoid exposure to extreme temperature changes.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, gua sha tools cannot be returned or refunded once they have been opened or used, unless they are faulty or not as described.
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographic evidence of the issue so we can assess it promptly.
Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class service. Most deliveries arrive within 2–3 working days, but please allow up to 5 working days in case of delays.
